We are a group of healthcare students organizing asynchronous and synchronous online programmes aiming to sustainably foster global health leaders from all high-, middle and low-income countries. [Our vision] 1) Young healthcare students and professionals have high awareness of their local healthcare needs and voluntarily tackle community-rooted public health issues with long-term goals. 2) The network of these young healthcare leaders contributes to building self-sustaining communities across the globe, where every individual can perform to the best of their abilities. [Our mission] 1) To sustainably cultivate global health leaders equipped with leadership, knowledge in global health, and skills in problem recognition and solving. 2) To build a global network lasting throughout the rest of their career 3) To enhance self-efficacy in young healthcare professionals to tackle the rooted local healthcare issues. Our core activities include output-focused Case study, Networking through discussion and speaker events and Project-based Learning.
