TOMO Global Health is an online program aiming to sustainably foster global health leaders from all high-, middle- and low-income countries through asynchronous learning. The key elements of our program are: Output-focused Case Study, Networking, and Project-based Learning. “TOMO” has several meanings in Japanese: Together (共に), Friends (友), and Lightening (灯す). Also, it is the first 4 letters of TOMOrrow. Thus, we hope this project enables participants to “lighten up tomorrow together with friends across the globe” Our work has been recognised in several awards, for example: Vision Hacker Awards for SDGs 3 Seed Prize (2021, Japan) University SDGs ACTION! Award Grand Prize (2022, Japan) ASME Education Innovation Award winner (2022, UK) Show less
