The Re-Seasoning Coalition (TRSC) is a non-profit initiative dedicated to increasing the representation of Black Canadians at all levels and in all areas of the foodservice industry. We are focused on delivering information, training, and frameworks that support operators in assessing the strength of their DEI programs, implementing strategically-prepared pipelines for diverse talent, and preparing businesses to support and build stronger relationships with the communities they serve.
