Overview

The Bottle Yard Studios is the largest dedicated film and TV studio facility in the West of England, with eight stages available at competitive rates. It also offers a giant green screen studio, extensive back lot, workshop areas, production offices, costume and make-up rooms, dressing-rooms, storage, private roadways and parking - all just 15 minutes from Bristol city centre and two hours from London. 19 on-site tenants deliver a host of services including creative, digital, technical and audio/visual expertise, grips, transport, structural, fire and safety assistance. Recent productions to film at The Bottle Yard Studios include: BBC One dramas 'Poldark', 'The Living and the Dead' and Emmy award-winning 'Sherlock: The Abominable Bride'; upcoming Starz Original Limited Series drama 'The White Princess'; Thomasina Gibson’s upcoming feature 'We Can Be Heroes'; Disney/ABC Studios’ US musical comedy 'Galavant'; BAFTA-nominated CBeebies series 'Andy's Prehistoric Adventures'; John Miller’s feature 'Golden Years'; Emmy-nominated and BAFTA-winning BBC Two drama 'Wolf Hall'; BAFTA-winning ITV drama 'The Lost Honour of Christopher Jefferies' and Sky 1 HD comedy 'Trollied'. The Bottle Yard Studios is a Bristol City Council initiative.
