The NMBU Alt Protein Project work to grow a healthy, sustainable and just food system through alternative proteins from plants, fermentation and cultivated meat. We focus on catalyzing awareness, education, innovation and collaboration in the alt-protein field by organizing events, workshops, courses and more. We provide a community for people wanting to learn, build a career and network in the space. We are part of The Good Food Institute's global network of student groups, and collaborate with industry, NGOs and others to put alternative proteins on the agenda.
