NEA is a multilingual, multinational means of unapologetic empowerment for the Black and Brown youth on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. The movement we’re building is one of not only threading a frayed society from the seams, but creating stronger fabric with interdisciplinary lenses and unbound literacies.
