The Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, and Ally+ Business Student Association serves to provide an open and professional environment for students of The Red McCombs School of Business to promote workplace equality and representation of the GLBTQA+ community in the corporate setting. By promoting representation and visibility, we can show GLBTQA+ students that achieving a successful and fulfilling career is possible in the corporate world. Our goal internally is to develop members by giving them the knowledge, skills, and acumen so they can better navigate the professional setting. GBSA seeks to be a platform in which students, professionals, and employers are connected with each other to foster stronger relationships within the GLBTQA+ professional community. Within McCombs, GBSA will provide a space for healthy discussion and understanding between all students, GLBTQA+ or otherwise.
