In 2009, Bob Van Zandt reached a point in his life where he wanted to take all his knowledge from the secular business world and apply it towards advancing God's kingdom. After considerable prayer, he created SonGear, a marketplace for Christian artists who create biblically inspired products such as Christian jewelry, clothing and gifta, and reinvesting a portion of the proceeds back into ministry projects -- creating a spiritually healthy ecosystem. Two years later, SonGear realized that this marketplace could begin funding warm winter coats for children in need and launched Coat for Coat™. With every coat purchased, SonGear will donate a new, warm winter coat to a child in need. Within five years, SonGear has grown to a marketplace of thousands of spiritually healthy products with over 910,000 Facebook users. As we continue to grow, our product choices offer a retail option to our customers with the power to impact the lives of those around the world.
