The company received its licence to conduct asset management operations from the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority on September 2, 2002. The fund company's first fund, Simplicity Norden, was launched on September 23, 2002, and the performance since fund start is among the best in its category. Simplicity is a member of The Swedish Investment Fund Association. Today, Simplicity is managing equity funds focusing on emerging markets and the Nordic region.
