We have abandoned the traditional fitness model of business and instead promise to do everything possible to get the most effort out of our members. Don't expect to be overwhelmed with fancy machines or even many at all. At SHAPE Training we keep it simple. We want our members to move well and be mentally tough. This won't be your average gym membership for sure, but it will be your last. SHAPE Training is owned, managed, and run by coaches.
