Raviolificio Lo Scoiattolo, Italian alimentary industry, for about 30 years has been producing fresh pasta, both plain and stuffed. In 1983 they started as an artisan workshop. Since the beginning, the managerial mind of Umberto Belletti and his family gave essential attention to quality, creating products which met immediate success with the consumers, thanks to their genuine taste. Although the company maintains a familiar structure, its growth attained during the years transformed it today in a Joint Stock Company, known on European level. They are actually the thrid domestic producers of fresh pasta, both plain and stuffed. The constant quality research is one of the basic values of the company, becoming their own and real philosophy. For Scoiattolo quality means respect of tradition, genuineness and attention when selecting raw materials.
