Substance Abuse and Mental Health Association SAMHA RY is leading the path in Finland to inclusivity and educating society about mental health and substance abuse. SAMHA works to prevent mental illness and substance abuse, and bridge the gap between services, and the persons who are often left out. SAMHA is working in East Helsinki and offers free counseling, peer support groups, food aid, workshops, and more.
