MOK training is part of Helsingin NMKY (Helsinki YMCA), and is working to train people and teams to be interculturally competent. MOK organises both open and tailor-made training programs to NGOs and the public sector. At MOK, we have also just launched our new Representation Project #REPP with the purpose of breaking down stereotypes, and bridge cultural and generational gaps.
