Richard L. Hoffman & Associates, or Hoffman, was founded in 1987 to support office moves in New York City. Since then, we have grown to offer national support to activate, occupy, and decommission offices, hospitals, laboratories, and academic spaces for clients in a wide range of industries. Hoffman manages multiple NY headquarters and we are experienced in supporting projects of all sizes, including locations of a million SF or more.
