PPM delivers project management services, from short-term one-off projects to long-term management service agreements and management consultancy support. PPM has developed considerable expertise in the leisure sector and manages a number of PFI/PPP/DBOM projects, from procurement to construction. PPM deliver project management services in various sectors to include housing, education, healthcare, retail and the voluntary sector. PPM also provides asset management services, and is responsible for maintenance and lifecycle management on many contracts, some up to 32 years in length. PPM manages lifecycle funds, with the total value of the funds currently managed in excess of £35 million. PPM ensures maintenance obligations for projects whilst maintaining the quality of assets to standards required for contract specifications. PPM is part of Parkwood Consultancy Services (PCS) who are the Consultancy and Services Division of the privately owned Alston Investments. Parkwood Consultancy Services, and its businesses, deliver consultancy and professional services to include civil and structural engineering, environment planning and design, as well as project management on offer through PPM.
