We support people with marginalised identities to have better access to mental health services. We are informed by and contribute to research on innovative approaches to culturally responsive practice. We provide consultation services that meet the needs of the changing face of the Australian workforce to be better placed to recruit, retain, and get optimal performance from a culturally diverse workforce.
