The Pacific Cooperation Foundation is a charitable trust established to strengthen Aotearoa New Zealand's relationships with the Pacific. "Together, Our Mana Grows Stronger" Our Vision: Resilient and prosperous Pacific people's mana is enriched by fair and respectful relationships across Aotearoa New Zealand and the Pacific. Our Mission: To provide platforms for Pacific voices and expertise and be a respected partner in reimagining the Pacific narrative. Our Strategic Objectives: 1. Strengthen Identity - Strengthen Aotearoa New Zealand's identity as a Pacific nation 2. Deepen Relationships - Reframe and strengthen strategic relationships and mana across all Pacific nations 3. Amplify Voices - Amplify independent Pacific voices and expertise Our Activities: 1. Research & Monitoring - Commissioning, monitoring and acting as a clearing house for research and opinion pieces on strategic Pacific-Aotearoa New Zealand issues and opportunities 2. Advocacy & Insight - Providing insights, advocating views and advising on strategic Pacific-Aotearoa New Zealand issues and opportunities 3. Promotion - Communicating and promoting the roles and contributions of Pacific peoples, organisations and communities and the outcomes delivered 4. Strategic Partnerships - Building partnerships and networks with and across organisations and groups that can contribute to and build capacity and capability for the platforms of Pacific voices.
