Anji is a joy to work with. Put the job in her hands and you know it will get done. She is also great at running workshops. That is a most underrated skill. In the AID sector there is constant talk- stil!!!- of cascading down with workshops, i.e. you teach anyone a workshop and off they go and run it in their communities, like it is easy to make activities interesting and even to listen to participants and shut them up when they talk too much. Listening is the greatest and hardest skill. And then you have to summarize and link activities so people can see some sort of progression in the workshop. Anji can do all that and those skills are impressive.
