NPO #226-529 Our company is focused on the school children of South Africa. For more than 23 years now the schooling system in South Africa has failed the children of our country. The educators are unable to deliver the quality education the children need, because of the lack of funding and resources. Most of the parents can't afford to pay school fees, so their children have to take second best. More than 50% of the school lever each year will never land a job. This is a very dire situation, but there is hope. We help schools raise a sustainable income so that they can be run professionally in every department, from the upkeep and maintenance to security, sports coaching, and equipment, music teachers, and instruments, drama teachers, computer classrooms with IT specialists, libraries with full-time librarians and even performance bonuses for teachers. Although most of the parents are unable to pay school fees, we believe that parents need to play a part in educating their children. By being a part of the SOLUTION we give the parent the opportunity to improve their quality of life as well. Although most of the children leaving school have no hope of landing a decent job, we help the youth with self-development and new skills. This allows them to become upstanding leaders in their communities. Our aim is to uplift the community at the same time we uplift the schools, by doing this everyone feels that they are part of the solution and they have committed to making the school the center of the community. When people know that they are a part of the solution, everything matters and they start to care about their community.
