NICE is Cricket Academy/Athlete Management firm that is constantly evolving to keep up with the latest trends in coaching and management. We understand that cricket is a game of failure and our coaches will train our young boys and girls to use failure to get better, little by little, every day. Sessions are planned for each individual with an emphasis on skill acquisition and developing greater game awareness. Cricket is a hard game and there is enormous pressure on every youngster aspiring to make it big. At NICE, we want to make this journey, which involves so much hard work and so many sacrifices, more enjoyable for every young boy and girl who dreams of playing for India. We will encourage our trainees to be the best version of themselves - as cricketers and as people.
