M&J Management was founded by Michael “Jim” Delligatti who invented the Big Mac sandwich. M&J Management is a four-generation family business and McDonald’s franchise organization for over 50 years. The organization operates 19 restaurants spanning across Western Pennsylvania in Westmoreland, Allegheny, Armstrong, Butler, Mercer and Venango counties.
