Martin Salter Associates provides an alternative recruitment service to a variety of sectors in rural areas of Norfolk & Suffolk, with a focus on businesses operating at the very pinnacle of their respective industries, alongside consultancy and staffing services to private households and estates. Brought up a stones-throw from our beautiful heritage coast, I’ve spent more than 15 years in recruitment in a variety of director-level positions within businesses ranging from start-ups to £100m+ turnover. Along the way I’ve gained a comprehensive insight into recruiting methods, as well as the pitfalls of how recruitment agencies operate - and why you probably dislike using them. This prompted the establishing of Martin Salter Associates in 2019, not only to provide a service that is entirely personal – you’ll only ever speak to me – but, by leveraging the low overheads this creates, to offer recruitment support and outsourcing that is accessible to even the smallest of businesses. By arming me with as much knowledge as possible on your business, its culture, and future direction, I will use my unrivalled local knowledge, extensive network, and access to various search platforms to continuously scour the market for the best local talent. We will collaborate to fill immediate vacancies with the right people, as well as developing an ongoing strategy to ensure you are investing in the people with the skills, loyalty, and drive to help you achieve your aspirations.
