Market Curators is a new nimble and focused consultancy partnership dedicated to helping improve, curate, develop and business plan the best modern markets and food halls in the UK, Europe and beyond. We believe that the future of our High Streets and town centres will be led by exciting, independent outlets and experiences. Providing a home to these offers, and forming the heart of the local community, will be markets and food halls. A successful market and food hall will create opportunities for these businesses to thrive, offering critical mass, footfall driving events, and coordinated marketing. An entirely curated approach. These venues act as community hubs, bringing together street food, shopping, entertainment, community activities and family experiences to create venues which go beyond buying and selling, the modern market and food hall. These venues will become part of the local collective consciousness, creating a distinct sense of place that local people can be proud of, and feel a part of. Together, we founded Market Curators to put decades of experience into practice, and move away from the traditional market industry consultant roles we undertook previously. Our aim is to provide a unique, passionate and hands-on approach to create the most dynamic spaces. We are curators not consultants. For us it’s personal. We want everyone to have access to amazing good-value food, exciting dining concepts, unique independent outlets and live entertainment on their doorstep.
