I have had the pleasure of working with Hayden on 2 of the Shopping Centre Schemes I have managed. On very different schemes he worked consistently to improve the commercialisation income ensuring that income grew year on year. He took the time to get to know each property to ensure that any suggestions were always appropriate and in keeping with the ethos of the scheme. He worked very closely with the onsite team making commercialistion a real team effort.
