Manchester Health and Care Commissioning (MHCC) formed on 1 April 2017. It is a partnership between Manchester City Council and NHS Manchester Clinical Commissioning Group. The organisations came together to ensure a more joined up and effective approach to commissioning health and social care services for the people of Manchester.
