I began my career as a cold caller selling to fortune 500 companies. I have been in the same shoes as the people I coach on a daily basis. I have always been a strong sales leader and coach at heart, so I founded LH Sales Consulting to help entrepreneurs build a profitable business through implementing strategic and proven sales systems. Today, I work with a select number of product-driven companies each year. One of my current and most successful clients is Paper. An Ed Tech company helping to bridge the equity gap in the US. I have helped them grow their sales team from 4 to 100 reps in under 4 years. My approach is simple, hands-on, and teaches sales as a technical skill with a framework that is industry-agnostic: diagnose, collaborate, and execute.
