PHILOSOPHY Closeness to nature is a core value we fight for with passion because we at Lacticare have the conviction that health also involves simple and strong values (proximity, local sustainable development, a close-knit company, local distribution networks etc.). From the farm to the baby bottle or the glass of milk, we control all stages of production in a professional and rigorous manner that nourishing vulnerable populations calls for. Farmers who partner with us (and are involved in company management) know that their milk - whether from goats, cows or other animals - will be processed into highly nutritional products that nourish infants, young children, adults or seniors in a factory right near their farm. REGIONAL ROOTS AND LOCAL DEVELOPMENT Small-scale production in a protected environment Lacticare emerged from an encounter, from a desire to preserve local expertise, to highlight the know-how of dairy farmers and a desire to meet market demand for certain niche products. Located in Vendée in the heart of the Marais Poitevin in a protected environment, Lacticare contributes to the local economy and protects jobs in the French countryside. Preferentially using French milks means we can control the quality and traceability of our raw materials.
