Overview

A relationship between Brittany and the French islands Our story started-back in the 80’s. Supermarket stores located in the French islands were looking for charcuterie products with longer shelf life in order to import them by sea. Since Lechef Premium Group had several charcuterie production sites, the R&D department created an export range to meet the demand. Our strong field presence and customer relationship, have led the supermarkets to request us to source products that were not available on their market on fresh manufactured products. Since the creation of a refrigerated warehouse in 2016, it helped : - our customers to optimize their purchases, by ordering products from our different production sites - To create customized products according to our export markets (recipes according to market, shelf life requested, …) - To build our image, our identity Our Export markets We export our brand or private labeling products in the French territories, Europe, Africa and we have recently started in Asia (Taiwan). We mainly sell to Supermarkets (85%) & Horeca (15%). Located in Brittany, heart of the French food industries, Lechef invites you to discover its niche products, authentic recipes in charcuterie, seafood & ready-meals. Our challenge is to combined traditional know-how with high performance industrial machinery guarantees to meet our customer demand combining a total commitment to food safety, quality, traceability and customer satisfaction.
