Founder and Managing Director, Kate Roberts, has been serving in the humanitarian sector for 20 years as a Certified Master Coach, Staff-Care & Wellbeing Consultant, Psychosocial Support Specialist, Child Protection Advisor and Neuro-Linguistic Practitioner. With her experiences from working in 23 countries in post-disaster and post-conflict settings, she brings strengths of adaptability, inclusion, efficiency and compassion to all projects and client interactions.
