Overview
The International Vaccine Access Center at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health works to create a more equitable world, free from adverse health, economic, and social consequences of vaccine-preventable diseases. Through rigorous research, knowledge synthesis, global collaboration, advocacy, and education, IVAC accelerates vaccine access and uptake. At IVAC we: - We generate, synthesize, and interpret evidence that supports informed vaccine policy decisions. - We provide technical assistance for policy-making that increases vaccine equity and coverage, bolsters new introduction decisions and processes, optimizes vaccine use, and advances sustainable vaccine financing. - We strengthen efforts to enable equitable access to vaccines, amplify political will, and measure impact to ensure program accountability and sustainability.
