International Leadership Academy is a program from AIESEC in Semarang that contains a workshop and webinar with aims to improve leadership skills for youth in Indonesia that focus on Leadership Development Qualities and will be held online for two months. Leadership Development Qualities is a standard for self-development from AIESEC to build a good leader qualities which contains four values, that is Self Aware, Empowering Others, World Citizen and Solution Oriented. International Leadership Academy is special because it will present international buddies and speakers which make this program more interesting and unique.
