Communication Junction Indonesia has been operating out of Semarang since 2018, focusing on the needs of adult learners. Our "Work Hard, Dream Big" motto drives us to do more smart business and inspires our company to grow year on year. We are now serving multiple divisions of society, extending from professional, corporate, and teens. Our blended learning system characterises us. Blended learning is an instructional strategy that mixes online training with conventional coaching. It requires the physical presence of both teachers and students, with several factors controlling students over time, including location, route, and speed. While students are still attending face-to-face sessions, combining classroom practice with computer-related internal work can result in a faster accumulation of knowledge. This medium is experimental, as well as original, utilising the latest technology from Pearson Education — merging digital multimedia with personalised, face-to-face sessions. Extremely able experts teach in an immersive English speaking setting. CJI also creates seminars and workshops that develop fellowships, where members can build their professional networks, make friends, learn new skills and socialise. Students can also practise their English in a trustworthy and welcoming atmosphere. CJI prides itself on being part of the new start-up culture in Indonesia, assisting in making Indonesians stronger, smarter, wiser, and more competitive provincially, as well as abroad.
