We accomplish this through education, research and development, collaborative Forums, and other events, products and services. Mission: Through research, collaboration, knowledge sharing and education, our mission is to develop new best practices and improve the leadership, planning, design, construction, management, operations and maintenance of capital projects to achieve excellent performance, sustainability, predictability, reduced waste, and optimized public and private resources. The Institute for Leadership in Capital Projects (I-LinCP): Uses inclusive, collaborative methods with a consortium of members who are involved in capital projects and facilities. Organizes conferences, discussions, and other knowledge-sharing venues through a variety of technologies and methods. Lead focused (R&D) Initiatives to address industry issues, improve existing processes, invent and refine new tools and techniques, and build new best practices.
