Impact Health is the entity responsible for building and supporting WNC's network of Human Service Organizations (HSOs) that provide housing, nutrition, transportation and interpersonal safety services as part of the NC Healthy Opportunities Pilot. Impact Health focuses on deploying Healthy Opportunities throughout the region, and its main function is to provide resources, training, and support to the consortium of human service organizations and providers, delivering non-medical services important for improved health outcomes for eligible Medicaid members.
