Overview

Idaho Partners for Good are engaged caring Idahoans who leverage their time, talent and treasure to strengthen our communities. Partners donate not just their treasure but their intellectual expertise and skills to co-design solutions to key challenges so investees can do more of what they do best. We combine the power of business and our passion for great communities to grow more effective and educated givers who help grow more sustainable nonprofits. To start (2020), we will roll out in the Boise metro area to test and prove the model. In year 3 or 4 we will engage a new region that is ready to take this model and make it their own. 2021 Board members are: - Ryan Haller - Will Hughes - Blossom Johnston (Director) - Johanna Oseland - Bobby Sanchez General Information Idaho Partners for Good members strengthen the community by investing their time, talent and treasure in local nonprofits that are working systemically to solve our most intractable challenges. The systemic approach is modeled after the FSG research on Water of Systems Change and include six conditions that hold problems in place including: - programmatic - policies - resource flows - power dynamics - relationships/connections - mental models We cultivate relationships with nonprofits that are working on multiple conditions to determine whether we are a good fit for them and vice versa.
