The Securities segment is engaged in the broking and dealing of securities, futures and options contracts, as well as the provision of margin financing services. The Corporate Finance segment is engaged in the provision of underwriting, sponsoring and financial advisory services of securities to institutional clients. The Asset Management and Direct Investment segment is engaged in the provision of asset management services, as well as the direct investments in equities, bonds, funds, derivative instruments and other financial products. The Company is also involved in money lending, the provision of pawn loan services and the provision of financial lease services through its subsidiaries.
