Founded in 2019 by strategic advisor and bestselling author of The Anti-Racist Organization: Dismantling Systemic Racism in the Workplace, Shereen Daniels, HR rewired is an award-winning HR advisory firm with specialist expertise in anti-racism and racial equity. Over the years, we've partnered with well-known corporate and non-profit organizations, and after the ferocity of commitments and public declarations subsided, it became apparent that there was a need for a service that delves deeper into examining the ways that racism manifests itself within a business environment. The Racial Equity Assurance Index emerged from a recognition of the complex social, economic, and political contexts in which corporations currently operate. In the pursuit of a sustainable future, transparency and objective reporting serve as vital foundations, positioning our partner organizations as key players in driving change.
