Founded in 2019 by strategic advisor and bestselling author of The Anti-Racist Organization: Dismantling Systemic Racism in the Workplace, Shereen Daniels, HR rewired is an award-winning HR advisory firm with specialist expertise in anti-racism and racial equity. The Racial Equity Assurance Index emerged from a recognition of the complex social, economic, and political contexts in which corporations currently operate.
