DAMO-SO Directorate serves as the Headquarters Department of the Army G-3/5/7’s lead for Army’s warfighting transformation by operationalizing Information Advantage by prioritizing, integrating, and synchronizing Multi-Domain Operations for the Warfighter with digital, data-enabled warfighting systems. We are leading the Army’s Information Advantage objective to provide a more agile approach to prioritizing resources, innovative methods of planning, and effective forward-thinking governance. Our goal is to: • Bridge the gap between the current and future state of the Army • Transform the current force • Heighten our warfighting effectiveness through data-centric capabilities. It is vital for our force to evolve at a pace faster than current and potential adversaries.
