Maintains expert knowledge on a wide range of electromagnetic warfare technologies including examination of current trends, emerging concepts, threats, and impacts. Key Contributions: • Lead HQDA G-3/5/7 Army Staff integrator for DoD Electromagnetic Spectrum Superiority Strategy implementation. • Serves as the primary liaison to other senior officials within the Army and other federal agencies, as well as external stakeholders, to ensure effective communication and coordination on matters related to the EMSEPP mission and the EMS3 Strategy. • Works closely with other senior officials within the DoD and other federal agencies to ensure effective collaboration and coordination on key initiatives and programs related to achieving the goals of the electromagnetic spectrum superiority strategy. • Communicates Army input to the EMSEPP staff and the Electromagnetic Spectrum Senior Steering Group. • Conducting special projects including all fact-finding and analysis of courses of action to support conclusions. • Analyzing electromagnetic warfare capabilities. • Analyzing electromagnetic protection capabilities. • Assisting with the integration of electromagnetic warfare capabilities into larger operations. • Analyzing new electromagnetic warfare technologies for integration into current concepts.
