Good Counsel is dedicated to providing affordable access to legal advocacy to social entrepreneurs and new and emerging nonprofits through webinars, white papers, and one-on-one direct legal services. We see ourselves as a nonprofit for nonprofits, committed to protecting start ups by providing education, consulting, and counseling to leaders in the sector, helping them understand compliance requirements, protect their I.P. interests, and provide contract, employment, privacy, and other services.
