Girls Leadership Academy Meetup (GLAM Ready To Lead) was founded in 2016 by iTalent Digital’s CEO, Renée La Londe. As a certified female-owned and minority–owned business, her global IT consulting company employs a 54% women and 59% minority workforce. Renée has devoted herself to closing the gender gap in STEM, business, and leadership. GLAM Mission: Equip girls across the globe with the skills and confidence to seek leadership roles, feel power within their voice, and create positive change in the world, regardless of socioeconomic circumstances. Superpower Surveys and Role Models: Girls can anonymously discover their top three superpowers and create personalized avatars! Women can submit their survey responses and become visible, positive role models in our #GLAMSheroes database. Girls and young women can then explore these Superpower Role Model Profiles, match their superpowers, and consider new career possibilities!
