Gretchen used her wealth of experience and passion with the education sector to make an immediate positive impact. Gretchen has helped GLAM considerably by: 1. using her administration skills to improve processes and our preparation for events, ensuring core documents are updated and ready ahead of schedule 2. using her work ethic and due diligence to deliver work and tasks in a fast paced environment, above and beyond the standard required 3. leaning-in and taking the time to learn new technology and platforms to enable us to successfully host GLAM virtual events In addition to the above, Gretchen broke out of her comfort zone on numerous occasions and stepped up to various challenges, including being a co-host for GLAM virtual events.
