Food Technologist Support started out as an FB group in Melbourne in July 9, 2011 with the intent of helping out Filipino FTs with work, supplier recommendations, and troubleshooting expertise. This has now expanded to almost 15k members with most members coming from the Philippines, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Middle East, US and Canada. We are now sharing knowledge through a public FTS page so that the public would see value in food science in their everyday life. We teach theories and practical know-how for food and beverage processing, to include HORECAs as well. FTS assist individual food professionals and small business from anywhere in the world through connecting the right people to help in teaching, product development, quality assurance concerns, production planning, troubleshooting, even brainstorming and local FDA support.
