We provide routine, preventive and acute care wit a special focus on helping our patients manage chronic conditions like diabetes, asthma, arthritis, high blood pressure, heart disease and many others. Our website and app allows you to request a house call by a nurse or doctor in the comfort of your home. D2DUC has built a bridge between high-quality healthcare and you the patient by placing quality healthcare at your fingertips. D2DUC can provide most of the services that you would receive at an urgent care center or your primary care provider’s office. We are a group of background checked, licensed and experienced medical professionals and military veterans who are changing the field of medicine by knocking down the barriers to great healthcare. Our healthcare management team is made up of passionate, dedicated and experienced professionals whose main goal is to provide you with the best healthcare possible. We work on your schedule. Since your time is precious, don’t waste it sitting in a waiting room or waiting for an appointment. We will come to your home or workplace when it works best for you. We make healthcare affordable!
