At Dargui Work & Travel, we work with a variety of sponsors and employers to recruit and staff students in cultural exchange, internships, and au pair programs. We work globally from the U.S. to Europe to New Zealand and find suited candidates here in Lima and Huancayo Peru for these programs. These programs are free to the employer and we work with a wide variety of students from all backgrounds and ability levels depending on the position. We are employer/employee matchmakers who get to know out student candidates. What makes Dargui Work & Travel different? - We've been recruiting here in Lima since we were founded in 2005. -We're a small, family-run business. We get to know out students and our employers to match personalities & skills with the positions available. We will never recommend a candidate for which we feel a match is not there. - No amount of candidates is too small. We work in any size from 1 to 50 students for employers. -We specialize in employee and employer support. Whether it's an employee performance issue or a housing related question, we support both parties with 7-day-a-week support. -Native English speakers. We recruit out students throughout Peru and assess their English skills with an interview with a native speaker. We look forward to working with you soon.
