Overview

Commonwealth Concepts owns and operates a diverse portfolio of more than 12 distinct brands, with over 65 outlets across 10 major cities; retail distribution into over-100 brick-and-mortar supermarkets such as Cold Storage and Fair; and online marketplaces such as RedMart and Amazon. Formed on 1 January 2021 through a joint venture between Singapore-based investment company Commonwealth Capital and Far East Organization’s F&B arm, Refinery Concepts, its extensive portfolio is designed to provide value by offering leading brands that deliver great dining experiences across various segments of the industry. Commonwealth Concepts’ brands range from award-winning dining concepts that are timeless classics, to family favourites, and grocers. Ever at the forefront of casual dining is PastaMania, a household brand with franchises across Asia and the Middle East. Its homegrown cafés and bistros provide contemporary comfort food in a cosy atmosphere, and include The Marmalade Pantry, Oriole Coffee + Bar, and Gelatofix. The portfolio is further augmented with its operations of all-day dining experiences at the hotel restaurant Native Kitchen. For the upscale and lifestyle segments, award-winning brands such as Bedrock Bar & Grill, Bedrock Origin, Fat Cow, Kinki Restaurant + Bar, and CIN CIN gin bar serve innovative dishes and experiences that have gained recognition through the years.
