CSFC aims to provide remote fitness coaching for the aging athlete - Accountability and exercise programming designed for individuals whose priorities have shifted from the stadium to the "real world." · Complete your in-depth consultation with Coach Slobo to determine the goals of the client, in addition to the motivations pushing them towards success, and the limitations that have held him/her back in the past. · Coach Slobo then designs a fully customized remote training program designs based on the your profile. · Throughout your program, you are contacted regularly, via text, call, and/or video chat, to provide accountability and allow adjustments to the programming based on the your experiences. Membership and individual training resources are available to help you conquer your peaks while paying less than a brick-and-mortar facility would charge for a less comprehensive program!
