CivStart is a nonprofit primarily focused on startups that create access to opportunities for underserved and unconnected communities (through health, public safety, and emergency services, workforce development, economic & community development, gender equity, transportation, civic tech, digital and financial inclusion). Our program's goal is to help disruptive innovations quickly and correctly enter the state & local market. We help startup companies navigate the $3.25 trillion state & local government market.
