Chroma International Film Festival was created to amplify the voices of the BIPOC community in the film and tv industry. Films submitted must either be directed, produced, or written by a member of the Latino, Asian, Middle Eastern, Black, and other ethnic minority groups that tells a story of the specified ethnicities. This is an opportunity to showcase your talent whether you're a seasoned filmmaker or a fresh graduate.
