The Centre for Competition Law and Market Study was founded in October, 2019 with a view to provide a platform for scholars and practitioners to exchange views on Competition law and policy. This Centre aims to carry out research projects, organizes expert lectures/conferences/panel discussions in the field of Competition Law and its intersection with the other areas of law. The Centre also reviews existing legislation, rules, regulations in the country to understand the different interpretations of such law in the different jurisdictions.
